Swimming With Instructors

Today we went to the swimming pool it was cold and sunny. I was shivering in the pool until the sun came out it was warm. After that we swam and used the boards it was quite hard because my legs were sore. Then we moved on to our arms and did the same things but on a board. Next we did back stroke is our last one to do it was quite hard for me because I went crickard.

Swimming Lesson

Today we went to the swimming pool it was cold and windy. I was shivering in the pool until the sun came out it was warm. After that we swam and see what number are we in there were only 123 i was in number three because we have to do three strokes and breath. Then we moved on to the boards and did the same things but on a board. Next we did back stroke is our last one to do it was quite hard for me because I went crickard thats all for today.

Life Caravan

This is the life caravan we went in it today its so awesome because We learn about body parts and making good choices. Today we learnt about choices and put body parts back into its place. After that we watch a movie and a girl called Ana had to make a very hard choice but at the end she stopped smoking and had fun at her disco
